In this project, I use Poppins as a font because it aligns well with the modern and minimalist look and creates a visual-appealing and uncluttered interface.

This color palette creates enthusiasm, optimism, growth and energy vibes that could attract users’ attention and inspire them to take actions toward a healthier lifestyle.

For splash page, I attach an image of a person holding a green apple, which is not fully ripe, suggesting untapped potential or a belief in growth. Holding it could represent a commitment to personal growth and could be a visual metaphor for prioritizing health and wellness.
